Role Overview & Purpose

Raqiis Electronics is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the company’s daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

• Manage daily cash transactions and closing.

• Prepare basic financial reports.

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records.

• Monitor customer and supplier accounts.

• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Check financial transactions for errors.

• Support monthly financial reporting.

• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

• Perform other finance duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Finance or Accounting experience.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Honest, organized, and responsible.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work full-time.
